Netizens were outraged with the recent incident that happened at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 on Friday, December 20, 2013 involving a local officials who were victimized by riding in tandem.

Due to the lack of security cameras in NAIA Terminal 3, the identities of the suspects were not recorded on CCTV. Netizens blasted the NAIA authorities and the Manila International Airport Authority on their capability to protect the huge number of people who are using the NAIA on a daily basis.
A previous video recording captured by social media website Rappler.com posted on their official YouTube account featuring DILG Secretary Mar Roxas during an interview on May 8, 2012 featuring Roxas promised to put CCTV’s at NAIA by 2013.
The video recording went viral on various social media sites as Mar Roxas made a statement that if the Claudine Barretto and Ramon Tulfo incident happened next year (referring to 2013) the incident will be captured on colored CCTV.
