The Philippine national delegation to the Myanmar Southeast Asian Games 2013 ranked seventh in medal tally and national team standing with a total of 23 Gold, 27 Silver and 31 Bronze medals as the biennial meet is nearing its final days.

The national team of Thailand dominated the competition as they ranked at the top spot with a total of 86 Gold, 85 Silver and 67 Bronze medals.
Host country country soared on Day eight of the competition as they secured the second spot with a total medal haul of 68 Gold, 52 Silver, and 61 Bronze medals.
Former no. 2 national team, Vietnam is now ranked at the no. 3 spot with a total of 64 Gold, 66 Silver, and 71 Bronze medals. Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore are ranked fourth, fifth and sixth spot respectively.
The Philippines got the latest Gold medals courtesy of Jade Zafra in the women’s 57-kg in Taekwondo. Men’s BMX event finalist Danny Caluag also bagged the Gold for the Philippines.
The 4×4 relay featuring Isidro Del Prado, Julius Nierras, Ed Alejan and Archand Bagsit won the gold medal for the Philippines. Archard Bagsit was also the gold medalist in the 400m as he joined Princess Superal as a double gold medalist.
