The Philippines is still ranked at the number 7th spot as of December 17, 2013 with a total of 13 Gold, 19 Silver and 24 Bronze medals in the 2013 edition of the Southeast Asian Games held in Myanmar.

Southeast Asian powerhouse Thailand continued its dominance in medal standing as they ranked at the No. 1 spot in the competition with a total of 63 Gold, 52 Silver and 53 Bronze medals.
Vietnam came in second place with a total of 46 Gold, 40 Silver, and 49 Bronze medals. Former third-ranked team and host country Myanmar is now ranked at the No. 4 spot after Indonesia captured the No. 3 spot in the SEA Games medal tally.
Indonesia has a total of 42 Gold, 56 Silver and 55 Bronze medals while Myanmar has 42 Gold, 39 Silver, and 44 Bronze medals.
Malaysia and Singapore is currently ranked at the No. 5 and No. 6 spot which is followed by the Philippines at the seventh spot.
