Koreen Medina placed as 3rd Runner-up in the recently concluded Miss Intercontinental Queen of Asia and Oceania at the Miss Intercontinental 2013 beauty pageant held on Saturday, December 14, 2013 in Magdeburg, Germany.
The 18-year-old Miss Koreen Medina of the Philippines was also adjudged as one of the Intercontinental winner as she was named as “Miss Asia and Oceania” during the coronation night held at the Maritim Hall, Maritim Hotel Magdeburg, Magdeburg, Germany.
Koreen Medina is considered as the youngest candidate in the competition, the former grand winner of ABS-CBN’s “My Girl” Koreen Medina proved once and for all that the Philippines is indeed a beauty pageant powerhouse this year 2013.
A total of 59 nations and autonomous territories worldwide participated in the beauty pageant hosted by Germany. Miss Ekaterina Plekhova of Russia was crowned as the winner of the Miss Intercontinental 2013.
