The family of Susan Pacheco and Tetet Pacheco-Monreal, the mother-in-law and wife of Allan Monreal, launched the “Tulong mo, Buhay ko! initiative, a fundraising and rebuilding operations for those whose homes were destroyed by super Typhoon Yolanda.
According to a Facebook Post by Mr. Allan Monreal, the initiator of Bantayan Back to Sea Project, the newest program in Bantayan Island, the Tulong Mo, Buhay Ko!, will provide not only bits and pieces of housing materials but a complete set for a 3 x3 meter home, including the labor cost for a carpenter who will be (–foul word(s) removed–)isted by the beneficiary.

Tulong mo, Bahay ko! is an initiative by a mother-daughter tandem, Susan Pacheco and Tetet Pacheco-Monreal, my mon-in-law and wife actually
This is a fundraising and rebuilding operation for those whose homes were destroyed by Yolanda. The targetted beneficiaries are those who do not have the means to rebuild their homes and are helplessly braving the elements in their make-shift shelters.
This is a wholistic approach as it not only providing bits and pieces of housing materials but a complete set for a 3 x 3 meter home. It also includes the labor cost for a carpenter who will be (–foul word(s) removed–)isted by the beneficiary.
The budget for such is P15,000 including transport cost from Cebu to Bantayan. When the materials get here, our resort’s (Bantayan.Island Nature Park and Resort) vehicles and staff delivers these to the beneficiaries.

2 kgs Umbrella nails 2 1/2
1 pc G.I. Plain 31 x 8 ft
10 kgs Common nails ‪#‎s‬ 4, 3, 2 & 1
12 sheets Marine plywood 1/4
3 sheets Marine plywood 1/2
46 pcs Coco lumber #s 2, 3 & 4 x 10 ftWe also have a staff that goes around the barangays to look around for beneficiaries. To (–foul word(s) removed–)ure donors, we make the beneficiary sign a donation letter and document it further with photos.
