One of the most popular acts during PGT, the El Gamma Penumbra paid tribute to the victims of super typhoon Yolanda during an event held in Batangas last Friday, November 22, 2013. The video of their performance was uploaded through ABS-CBN’s social media accounts and it went viral immediately.

El Gamma Penumbra is the grand finalist of Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT), they made their tribute during the Tanauan City Arts Fair and Dragon Boat Festival. The group showcased their shadow play group skills.
They reportedly interpreted through dance the suffering of the victims and their resiliency during calamities such the super typhoon Yolanda that hits Visayas. The group also interpreted through a shadow dance the victims of Bohol and Cebu earthquake as well the victims of Zamboanga attack.
The El Gamma Penumbra celebrated their fifth anniversary in the entertainment industry as they showcased their tribute to the Filipino victims of calamities in the Philippines.
ABS-CBN also reported on their TV Patrol newscast that the El Gamma Penumbra tribute video have already garnered more than 47,000 views and 17,000 Likes on Facebook.
