The Professional Regulation Commission announced on Friday, November 22, 2013 that there are 428 out of 734 passed the Chemical Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Chemical Engineering in Manila and Cebu.
University of the Philippines-Diliman graduate Jasper Powell Samson Esguerra ranked number one (1) in the list of topnotchers among the 428 passers. He got a total average of 84.60% during the November 2013 Chemical Engineer board exam.
Following Esguerra is Arnel Lagumbay Belarmino from Xavier University who got a total of 82.90%, ranking in second place while the third highest ranking Chemical Engineer this month’s examination are tied by Fernando Caais Lit of UP-Los Banos and Robert Cesar Bulo Morta of the Bicol University-Legazpi City.
