The relationship of Legendary Folk Singer 60-year-old Freddie Aguilar having an affair with 16-year-old girlfriend goes viral for the reason that it bothers the mind of netizens, and this trend issue gathered negative and positive response.
One of the netizen jrtheduke said that 6o-year-old committed a crime which is “Seduction, of Minor”, under Art. 340. Corruption of minors: to where it state, any person who shall promote or facilitate the prostitution or corruption of persons underage to satisfy the lust of another, shall be punished by prision mayor, and if the culprit is a public officer or employee, including those in government-owned or controlled corporations, he shall also suffer the penalty of temporary absolute disqualification. Some netizen also wants to know why the parents of the girl agreed on their relationship, but as they concluded, maybe because of Aguilar’s money why the family especially the girl was force to have commitment with him.
