And as of October 3,2013 another earthquake felt in Negros Oriental with the magnitude 3.6 earthquake on Thursday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
Earthquake was recorded at 5:58 am and its epicenter was located 18 kilometers southeast of Santa Catalina town, Phivolcs said.
The earthquake was tectonic in origin and had a depth of 1 km.
Intensity 4 was felt in Valencia, Negros Oriental; Intensity 3 in Dumaguete City; and Intensity 2 in Sibulan, Negros Oriental.
Phivolcs said aftershocks and damage are not expected from the earthquake.
