The Saudi Arabian government have already declared a long holiday for government employees as they will enjoy 11 days of Eid Al-Adha vacation as reported by Arab News.

According to the Civil Service Affairs Ministy, the holidays would begin on October 10 (Thursday, Dul Hijjah 5) and continue until October 20 (Sunday, Dul Hijjah 15), adding that work would resume at the government offices on October 21, (Monday).
The number of Eid Al-Adha holidays in the private sector varies from company to company. Companies allow their employees intending to perform Haj to take additional holidays.
Meanwhile, in the Philippines, the Eid Al-Adha will be announced later by the Philippine government. According to Section 2 of the Proclamation 459 Declaring Philippine Holidays for 2013.
The Proclamation declaring national holidays for the observance of Eid’l Fitr and Eidul Adha shall hereafter be issued after the approximate dates of the Islamic holidays have been determined in accordance with the Islamic calendar (Hijra) or the lunar calendar, or upon Islamic astronomical calculations, whichever is possible or convenient. To this end, the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) shall inform the Office of the President on which day the holiday shall fall.
