Judge Elmo Alameda of Makati Regional Trial Court Branch 150 has already granted the petition of Janet Lim Napoles to be transferred to Fort Sto. Domingo in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

The above-mentioned place, the Fort Sto. Domingo serves as a training facility of the Philippines National Special Action Forces. The authorities have yet to announce the exact time that Napoles will be transferred to the facility from the current detention cell of Napoles at the Makati City Jail.
The camp of the Napoles file the petition of her transfer over concerns of her safety inside the Makati detention facility. The Fort Sto. Domingo facility in Laguna, was one of the most safe place for a high-profile detainee.
Fort Sto. Domingo was previously used by high-profile detainees that includes former President Joseph Estrada and MILF chief, Nur Misuari.
