The Local Government Units and some public and private schools in Metro Manila and nearby provinces have already announced the suspension of classes for tomorrow, August 20, 2013 due to bad weather and flooding brought about by Typhoon Maring and the Habagat.
Here’s the LGU’s who have already declared No Classes or Walang Pasok on Tuesday August 20, 2013:
*Cavite Governor Juanito Victor “Jonvic” Remulla said classes will again be suspended in all levels in the province on Tuesday.
*Sta. Rosa, Laguna, which is under a state of calamity, has also suspended Tuesday classes in all levels
*Bataan: All Levels (Public and Private)
*Pangasinan:
- DAGUPAN CITY: All levels, public and private
- Rest of Pangasinan: Preschool to highschool, public and private
*Rizal:
- ANGONO – pre-school to high school, public and private
Metro Manila LGU’s Walang Pasok:
- Las Piñas (Classes in all levels)
- Manila (Classes in all levels)
- Paranaque (All Levels)
- Muntinlupa (Classes in all levels)
- Pasay (Classes from preschool to high school)
- Pateros (Classes in all levels)
- VALENZUELA – Daycare to high school, public and private
- TAGUIG – All levels, public and private
- MANDALUYONG – pre-school to high school, public and private
- SAN JUAN – all levels, public and private
- PASIG – elementary and high school, public and private
