The newest offering from Skylight Films and Star Cinema, Tuhog, made a huge success on the box office tabulation after two weeks of showing. Tuhog already grossed around P24.7 million according to third party box office tabulator, Box Office Mojo (BOM).
The movie Tuhog stars box office comedian Eugene Domingo together with Leo Martinz, Enchong Dee, Empress Schuck, Jake Cuenca. The moview is part of Star Cinema’s 20th anniversary celebration. The movie outfit, Star Cinema is the exclusive distributor of “Tuhog.”
The movie Tuhog emerged at the Top 5, in the latest list of top grossing movies this last week, after Hollywood movies Grown ups 2, Pacific Rim and Turbo.
Meanwhile according to Box Office Mojo, topping the Philippines box office list for the period of July 24-28 is X-Men spin-off The Wolverine starring Hugh Jackman with a total income at P93.7 million on its first week.
