President Aquino will deliver his mid-term SONA at the Batasan Pambansa Complex before the opening of the 16th Congress. The Senate have already chosen, Sen. Franklin Drilon as the newly-elected Senate President of the Upper Chamber.
The State of the Nation is mandated by the Philippine Constitution as an annual event to report his accomplishments and plans for the next few years of his terms.
