Jessica Reynoso impressed two judges during her blind audition performance on Sunday, July 21, as coaches Lea Salonga and Apl.de.ap tried their best to convince Jessica to join their respective teams. The singer sung the song, Fallin by Alicia Keys.
Although Lea Salonga has already filled up her 12-man slate in the competition last Saturday, she tried to one more singer to her group while Apl.de.ap was also in the same situation who already completes his team.
The 16-year-old Jessica Reynoso who hails from San Pedro, Laguna opted to join Team Apl in the competition. Jessica has also an African-American father whom she hasn’t met yet. Apl.de.ap even called Jessica as his “long lost sister.” According to Apl he will going to work hard to make Jessica to be known internationally.
