Jeric Teng to Miss Couple of Games Due to Injury (Slight Anterior Labrum Tear)

Jeric Teng, one of the UST’s prized cager will miss at least “a couple of games more” due to a slight anterior labrum tear he suffered during an encounter with the National University Bulldogs on their losing effort.

The 22-year-old son of the former PBA stalwart Alvin Teng was very sad and disappointed that he will miss a couple of games more, based upon the MRI results conducted on the athlete, he suffered a slight anterior labrum tear.

Jeric Teng, the older brother of Green Archers star Jeron Teng, suffered the injury in his right shoulder last week when he was bumped from behind by Jeffrey Javillonar.  Although it was clear that the injury came from a push but according to Teng he has forgiven Javillonar, whether the push was intentional or not.

Although Jeric is currently injured right now he is focused on helping the team in other ways that he can while getting better, he also believe on his Team, the UST Tigers. During the UST’s victory over the Red Warriors he did not suit up and on their next outing against undefeated FEU he will not be available also.
