The hashtag #SerChiefAndMayaFirstRealKiss was one of the hottest topics in the micro-blogging site Twitter. The most-watched episode of Be Careful With My Heart features the first real kiss between Ser Chief and his nanny-turned girlfriend Maya de la Rosa.
Aside from the above-mentioned hashtag, the hashtag #BeCarefuIWithMyHeart slowly climbed at no. 2 trending topics in the Philippines right after the kissing scene of Maya and Ser Chief.
