ADP Philippines to Double Workforce by 2014

The Philippines Business Processing and Cloud-Based Solutions Provider ADP (Philippines), Inc. is making plans to double their workforce in the year 2014 as it opened a new facility.

According to ADP (Philippines) general manager John Hickey, he stated in press conference yesterday that the firm’s current facility would allow it to increase its current server clients. From just five (–foul word(s) removed–)ociates in November 2010, the company now has more than 1,200 (–foul word(s) removed–)ociates.

The new facility of ADP opened earlier this month, occupying five floors at the Glorietta 2 Corporate Center, the facility is the firm’s new headquarters in the Philippines, the company’s previous office was located at RCBC Plaza in Makati City.

With the new facility, Hickey stated that it has a capacity of up to 2,200 (–foul word(s) removed–)ociates on a single shift and on multiple shifts, the firm could see its total workforce increase even further.

The ADP (Philippines) is under American firm Automatic Data Processing, Inc., which is one of the world’s largest providers of business outsourcing solutions. Its services include payroll, tax and benefits administration, time and labor management, information technology support and benefits administration for clients.
