Pagara Wins in Pinoy Pride 20 Highlights Video

One of the Philippines most promising boxer, Jason Pagara successfully defended his title as the WBO International Junior Welterweight champion after he was able to defeat Aaron Herrera during the “Pinoy Pride XX: Laban Kung Laban.”

The game was held on Saturday night, May 25 at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Lahug, Cebu City. Pagara find it difficult to subdue the visiting Mexican, his victory is considered as one of his toughest match.

After the end of the 12 rounds, Jason Pagara was able to score a unanimous decision against Herrera and retained his title. The “Pinoy Pride” boxing series is one of the most celebrated boxing match featuring some of the brightest boxers from Ala Stable.

The other Filipinos who emerged victorious during the 20th edition of Pinoy Pride were Jimrex Jaca who defeated Jose Emilio Perea of Mexico via unanimous decision and became the newest WBO Oriental Junior Welterweight title holder.

Pinoy boxer Genesis Servania also won via knocked out against Isaac Junior from Indonesia during the third round in their superbantamweight division non-title fight.
