The White Vote Movement added three other senatorial candidates endorsements, they are Richard Gordon, Juan Miguel Zubiri and Nancy Binay, all from the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA). The announcement was made last Saturday, April 27, 2013.
One of the prominent member of the White Vote Movement, the El Shaddai through spiritual leader Bro. Mike Velarde presented the three candidates before the Catholic Charismatic group during a prayer gathering at Amvel compound in Parañaque.
According to Nancy Binay, Mike Velarde and his wife Belen were her godparents during her wedding. The three candidates, Binay, Zubiri and Gordon vowed to fight for life if elected to the Senate.
The three senatorial candidates were added to the five senatorial candidates already endorsed by the group last April 13, 2013. Those senatorial candidates fought the p(–foul word(s) removed–)age of the Reproductive Health (RH) Law.
The five senatoriables who got the blessings and endorsement of the White Vote Movement were, Gregorio Honasan, Aquilino Pimentel III, Antonio Trillanes, Rep. Mitos Magsaysay, and JV Ejercito.
The group also endorsed former lawmaker Cynthia Villar, the wife of Sen. Manny Villar, one of the senators who voted against the RH Law.
