The Kapatid Network’s noontime-show “Wowowillie” were placed under a three-month probation by the Movie and Television Review and Cl(–foul word(s) removed–)ification Board (MTRCB) after the skimply outfits complaint from TV viewers.

The decision made by the MTRCB came after the April 16 episode of Wowowillie hosted by Willie Revillame when its female dancers were wearing a skimpy outfits particularly the dancer identified as Charm, during the show’s “Tutok to Win” segment.
The government agency MTRCB placed the noontime show under a Strong Parental Guidance (SPG) cl(–foul word(s) removed–)ification effective immediately. The three-month probation will put the show under per-episode review for 3 months.
Here’s the official statement made by the MTRCB:
“At today’s hearing conducted by the MTRCB’s Ad Hoc Committee on the skimpy outfits and excessive flesh exposure in Wowowillie’s 16 April 2013 & other episodes, TV5 and the said show accepted responsibility for the said lapses and apologized to the MTRCB,” the statement read.
“The MTRCB, through the panel, ordered placing the program under probation, subjecting it to per-episode review for 3 months, and subjecting it to an SPG (Strong Parental Guidance) rating effective immediately. Tv5 and Wowowillie were further required to submit reform and self-regulatory measures by 06 May 2013,” it added.
The MTRCB also called the attention of “Wowowillie” last month after Revillame lambasted his guest co-hosts Ethel Booba and Ate Gay live on air.
