Another Pinoy singer is now known internationally, an 11-year-old, Arixsandra Libantino received a standing ovation from Simon Cowell and his fellow “Britain’s Got Talent” judges in the auditions of the 2013 edition of world-renowned talent search.
The audition was aired on Saturday, April 13, 2013, the Pinay teen singer sang a version of Jennifer Hudson’s “One Night Only.” Aside from the standing ovation received by the Filipino singer from the judges and the crowd, Libantino also drew a 2-thumbs up from Cowell who called Libantino a “superhuman.
The popularity of Libantino’s impressive performance immediately sparks a social media following. Right now the video the was first posted on YouTube have already garnered more than 740,000 hits.
