Mirriam Defensor Santiago made another significant graduation speech at the Our Lady of Fatima University held at the Philippine International Convention Center on April 9, 2013.
The senator admitted that her current health situation might lead to leukemia, although she was facing the possibility of cancer she took a swipe against her former Alma Mater and the candidates of the upcoming elections.
Senator Mirriam Santiago also added her speech with the usual punchline, this time attacking the candidates who are campaigning despite the summer season.
