Ateneo de Manila University Law graduate Ignatius Michael Ingles tops the October 2012 Bar Examination held at the Sto. Tomas University in Manila last October 2012.
For a total of 5,686 law graduates to took the examination, there are only 949 p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed the Bar Examination conducted by the Supreme Court of the Philippines. Ignatius Ingles with a scoreĀ 85.64 percent followed by fellow Ateneo graduate Catherine Beatrice King Kay (84.72 percent) and April Carmela Lacson of the University of the Philippines (84.48 percent).
The Ateneo Law student was so thankful to God for his achievement during the Bar Examination. In an interview with GMA-7’s Balitang Tanghali, Ingles was quoted as saying that he first found that he topped the hardest exam in the Philippines through the media.
According to Ingles who admitted the difficulty of the examination, he answered the multiple choice questions and at the same time the essay question. Ingles wanted to thanked God first for his achievement by going to the m(–foul word(s) removed–) after the confirmation that he not only p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed the Bar Exam but most of all he made it to the Top 1 list o p(–foul word(s) removed–)ers.
