The De La Salle University Lady Spikers won the much-needed back-to-back wins against arch-rival Ateneo Lady Eagles in the Game 2 of the UAAP Women’s Volleyball Finals.
The game ended with three sets win by the Lady Spikers never giving their opponents a chance to recover. The DLSU triumphed and succeeded in securing a three-peat championship performance with the final score at 25-23, 25-20, 25-16 all in favor of the De La Salle University.
The DLSU scored their second straight UAAP three-peat and their 8th over-all UAAP Title.
The Season 75 of the UAAP Women’s Volleyball title was already given to the DLSU Lady Spikers, while the Ateneo De Manila University Lady Eagles captured the First Runner-up for the second straight time.
The Adamson Lady Falcons was awarded with the second runner-up trophy. The Falcons will host the upcoming UAAP Season 76.
The UAAP Women’s Finals MVP was awarded to Michelle Gumabao.
