The third tropical storm that reaches the Philippine area of responsibility, “Bagyong Crising” was already spotted at 100 kilometers Southeast of General Santos City with a maximum sustained winds of 145 kilometers per hour near the center.

PAG-ASA forecast stated that the typhoon will move West Northwest at 22 kph and expected to make a landfall at around 2:00 PM, today, February 19, 2013 in the municipality of Governor Generoso in Davao Oriental.
