Joe Flacco: NFL Super Bowl 2013 MVP

Joe Flacco, one of the most popular but under-rated player in the NFL proved something he is worthy of calling, the Ravens quarterback was named as the 2013 NFL Super Bowl MVP for the season.

The Ravens quarterback was adjudged as the Most Valuable Player at the Super Bowl XLVII on Sunday (February 3, 2013 ET) Feb. 4 Monday morning Philippine time at the Mercedez Benz Superdome in New Orleans.

Joe Flacco was named Super Bowl MVP after throwing for 287 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions. The 28-year-old football players helped his team to a 34-31 victory over the San Francisco 49ers.

The former graduate of the University of Delaware was drafted by the Ravens in 2008 as 18th overall pick in the first round.
