Here’s the list of the top 10 students who garnered the highest percentage of scores during the November 2012 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination. A total of 2,380 examinees made it to the listof new civil engineers.
Romar Buhat Mesa of the Technological University of the Philippines tops the examination results with a total score of 96.65%. Ranking behind Romar Mesa is Arjay Acosta Bustos from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila who got a total of 95.60% ratings.
Following Romar and Arjay is Leonard Medalla Malabanan who ranked third from the Malayan Colleges Laguna who garnered 95.55% passing rate in the recently concluded November 2012 Civil Engineer Board Exam.
