The Light Rail Transit Guard have been identified already, her name was Sharon Mae Casinas and she made the first move to apologize to Amalayer girl Paula Salvosa, the p(–foul word(s) removed–)enger who berated her.
In an official statement issued by the LRTA, she apologized for whatever she did that was deemed offensive by the the female p(–foul word(s) removed–)enger.
According to the investigation by LRTA, the lady guard Casinas merely requested the female p(–foul word(s) removed–)enger to put her bag at the conveyor of the x-ray machine for scanning but the latter somehow missed the procedure and hurriedly entered the station.
The LRT incident involving Amalayer and Sharon Mae Casinas have been viral already for the past few days in different social media sites.
