The Philippines governing body which is in-charge of the entire telecommunications regulations in the country was attacked by Undas hacker on November 1, 2012.
The hackers have pranked the website of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) during Halloween. The system administrators of the NTC have already fixed the system.
During the hacked, a pop-up saying that “Sh4d0wFiend_h4x04 and Wizkidl33t were here!” when users first accessed the site at http://www.ntc.gov.ph.
When you click the pop-up, you will be redirected to a page which will show a text in red background.
A message will also appear which states that “Welcome to the world of Halloween, in a moment you will see a couple of scary and entertainment media,”
According to the who clarified that they did not hack into the NTC site to push a political agenda, but merely did it for fun.
