The Philippine Azkals scored a total of 3 points and currently led the team standings in the Philippine Football Peace Cup after a lone goal made by Patrick Reichelt at around 80th minutes of the game.
Patrick Reichelt made his first international goal for the Philippine Azkals after a corner kick and took a chance for a header which shots directly to the goal away from the goalkeeper of the Guam National Football Team.
The Filipino-German Patrick Reichelt was so happy with his achievement and during the interview as the best player of the game he stated that his game was dedicated to his mom who just came took a flight from Germany and supposed to be staying in Cebu she flew to Manila to watch Reichelt playing for the national team of the Philippines.
The Philippine Azkals have dominated the entire game as they were able to shot a total of 19 attempts compared to the 9 attempts made by Guam. The Azkals have also a total of 10 shots on target compared to 4 by Guam. They have also dominated the corners as they were able to get take 7 corners against 1 corner from Guam.
The game ended with the total of 1-nil scorecard and led the current standing of the Philippine Peace Cup after the game between Chinese Taipei and Macau ended in a 2-2 draw.
