South Korean Electronic giant, LG Electronics Inc unveiled its latest high-end smartphone with one of the most powerful feature especially the speech activated smartphone camera.
Although the company failed to win the consumers from the Apple and Samsung dominated market, LG is still confident that they can at least snatch a portion of the market from the two companies.
LG’s latest smartphone offering is set to compete against Motorola, HTC Corp, ZTE and Huawei before they can compete with bigger player such as Samsung and Apple.
The LG Optimus uses Google’s Android platform and will go on sale next week in South Korea with a special introductory prize of $900 before it will be shipped to Japan and the United States.
The smartphone has a 13 megapixel camera which a user can instruct to take snaps by talking to it, plus a 4.7-inch screen with a sharper picture quality than both the iPhone and Samsung’s Galaxy S III.
LG Optimus was powered by Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon processor, it will work also with a superfast networks and can carry multiple functions.
