Popular Hollywood actress, Katie Holmes enrolled her daughter Suri at an exclusive school, Avenues, more popularly known as “The World School.”
The school which has campuses in different parts of the world, the brand new $40,000 a year Avenues is to open 20 campuses on five continents, enabling students to switch between schools without disrupting their education.
“The World School” enable pupils to follow wherever their parents were stationed around the globe without being tied to school vacation schedules.
The flagship project of Avenues was located at New York, it was just a few blocks from the luxury apartment the six-year-old Suri shares with her mother Katie Holmes.
Suri was so excited to enter the school whom Katie told her daughter all about the lunchrooms, basketball courts and different activities the school has to offer.
The school located in New York have a rooftop playground, together with a main gym and a full-size basketball and volleyball court.
According to the school’s website the standard of Avenues could be at par with the national schools such as Britain’s Eton. Avenues plans to be the best of this new breed of educational institution – hence its subtitle: The World School.’
Campuses will be located in different parts of the world, such as China, India, Africa, Europe, the Americas and Australia, Suri will certainly be able to study around the globe.
