The ultimate Asian superstar, Jung Ji-Hoon known by his stage name Rain will portray the role of a famous private investigator named Jiwoo in “Runaway” Korean TV series. The story was about the investigator (–foul word(s) removed–)igned to solve the mysterious death of an Asian couple in Las Vegas.
To buy him more time to look into the case, he dismissed it as suicide, which in returned he garnered a lot of money and a reputation that he is a very reliable investigator.
The Koreanovela which was partly shot in the Philippines and a joint production of KBS and TV5 will be set to show on Philippine television this coming June 11, 2012. Rain co-stars in “Runaway” were Daniel Henney, Lee Na Young, Lee Jungjin and Yoon Sun Ha.
