The inspirational story of Ryan Kennedy, a cancer patient caught the attention of celebrities such as Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian who tweeted about the boy’s dying wish to trend on Twitter but it was not boy’s wish to trend, instead all that the boy wanted is to raise awareness about cancer.
The hashtag #ryankennedy had conquered the Twitter world it stayed in the top 20 trending topics last weekend in the U.S. and Canada, and a top ten trending topic in Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Indonesia, Spain, the U.K. and the Netherlands.
Although Ryan have no idea about Twitter he was so surprised and glad that celebrities like Britney Spears mentioned him on Twitter. The mother of Ryan, Kim Karp was quoted as saying that “He is touched. He breaks down and cries and says, “I can’t believe so many people love me and care about me.” Ryan stated according to his mother.
