One of the hottest topic on the internet was the NAIA brawl issue which started with Claudine Barretto’s baggage complaint against the Cebu Pacific Airways. The company staffs involved during the incident have finally spoken and they clarified that they explained the entire situation to Claudine regarding the baggage that was left behind in Caticlan.
According to the Cebu Pacific ground staff Cid Charisse Bontoc and Kristina Ilagan on their handwritten statements to the Airport Authorities they were verbally abused by actress Claudine Barretto and they were cursed by the actress in front of other arriving p(–foul word(s) removed–)engers after she found out that her luggage were left behind in Caticlan Airport.
The two Cebu Pacific staff also said that they had explained well about the main reasons why the luggages were left behind and needs to be flown to Kalibo Airport, in Aklan due to weight limitation and for safety reason.
The ground staff clearly stated also that it was Claudine who started to flare up when asked about the luggage claim and the identification of their belongings. It was deliberately transferred to Caticlan Airport for safety reasons and the luggage will be delivered to the residence of Claudine.
