Daneil Radcliffe and Rupert Grint: not ‘really’ Harry Potter Friends?

‘Harry Potter’ already ended, and I know that you would imagine Daniel, Rupert and Emma hanging out together and reminiscing their ‘Harry Potter’ days. Well, you’re dead wrong because they’re not real friends. The former co-stars aren’t exactly the ‘three wizard musketeers.

In an interview with Daniel Radcliffe as he was promoting his new flick ‘The Woman in Black,’ Daniel revealed that he does keep in touch with Emma Watson but he’s hardly ever in touch with Rupert Grint.

“There’s this idea that Emma, Rupert, and myself are the best of friends who always hang out together. I’m just going to put out there, Emma and I text all the time but Rupert and I never text, we never see each other.”

“If I see him every six months or so, it’s a friendly ‘hello, how’s things with you’ but that’s about it.”

The geeky star 22-year-old also said that the three of them were once offered roles in a Wizard of Oz remake.

“I had a lot of offers post-Potter but I just try and stay away from any of the next big fantasy franchises… or anything crap, really,” Daniel added.

So, Harry and his ginger-haired sidekick, Ron, aren’t superduper magic best pals in real life. Will Hermoine do her magic trick to reunite the two?
