If it’s not Oprah Winfrey then it is Lady Gaga, and vice versa.
It was Lady Gaga before who was leading several lists,now it’s Oprah Winfrey who owned the top spot on the Highest Earning Women in Hollywood with an estimated income within the time frame starting May 2010 to May 2011 of $290 Million.
This according to Forbes, and following her on the list was Lady Gaga who had accumulated $200 Million.
Most of the income generated by Winfrey was taken from her talk show, the 25-year running Oprah Winfrey show that had come to an end just recently.
Even if her show had ended, Winfrey had also shifted and chose to open her own network called as OWN, or the Oprah Winfrey Network.
Reports had said that Oprah’s current ranking might be affected anytime soon if ever the network will not do well, considering that Lady Gaga is next to her.
The Highest Earning Women lists shows ranking of top female names in Hollywood.
Early this year, Lady Gaga had overtaken Oprah in other Forbes lists including that of the World’s Most Powerful Celebrity and she even ranked higher than Oprah on the 100 Most Powerful Women.
Mean while ,being known to have power and influence in America and even in the world, recently, there were spreading alleged statement across that internet telling that Oprah Winfrey said that she finds the Philippines bet Shamcey Supsup to be the deserving one to take home the crown for the Miss Universe 2011 pageant, however, it was immediately clarified from her camp that she did not say anything about the recent Miss Universe 2011 result.
On the other hand, Lady Gaga continued to wow people across the world due to her talent, songs and her unique fashion sense.
Other names who made it to the list, in no specific order were Bethenny Frankel, Taylor Swift, Ellen DeGeneres and Gisele Bundchen to name just a few of those who made it to the upper top ranking.
