Finally, the latest ‘iPhone’ coming from Apple Inc was unveiled Tuesday in Cupertino, California and the launching was then followed by mixed reactions coming from the spectators and tech lovers globally.
Many had been expecting the much-anticipated launched would gave way for the fifth generation iPhone or the iPhone 5, however, what was unveiled was the upgraded version of iPhone 4 called as the iPhone 4s.
Apple is one of the companies that had pioneered smartphones, and for the previous years, with the leadership of their former Chief Executive Steve Jobs, Apple’s launching of different gadgets had been always on the top of the news of the “technology world.”
Too Much Expectation
In line with the launching of the new iPhone which had been the trending topics on various websites, there were lots of expectations that were set and it seemed that the people had set too much for the upcoming iPhone.
It was expected that the new iPhone would be coined as iPhone 5 considering that it would stand as the successor of the success of iPhone 4 that was launched 16 months ago.
To recall, Apple had started to launch iPhone way back 2007 and from that time, they had established success in their products.
Observers and some investors were not satisfied of the new product for it was not what they had been expecting, but even if the name was not iPhone 5, it was good to see some of the expected features for iPhone 5 were being built along with iPhone 4S.
Among the new and upgraded features of the iPhone 4 successor were the 8 megapixel camera,bigger screen, absence of “antennagate” and improved HD camera to name a few.
Furthermore, the latest iPhone 4s had been equipped with new and long-lasting battery life.
The latest Apple event was led by Tim Cook, the new Chief Executive.
