Few hours before the coronation night of the Miss Universe pageant all contestant were noticeably excited who would be among the candidates from all over the world will be crowned Miss Universe 2011.
Philippine bet Shamcey Supsup shared her feelings while preparing the competition. She said she is doing all the best she can but it’s not her control whatever the outcome. Everyone is waiting for the result, she said to the ABS-CBN news correspondent Dyan Castillejo.
According to the report, most of the Miss Universe judges were attracted with the beauty, elegance and grace of the Philippine contestant Shamcey Supsup. Judges were noticed the radiance glowing her face that attract them most. They expect her to have a lovely result, Castillejo reported.
To prepare the 89 contestant they were all together with the 10-hours final rehearsal to master all the sequences, numbers and positioning in every angle of the show.
Natalie Morales and Andy Cohen were task to be host of the pageant night. Seven judges were (–foul word(s) removed–)igned including the Filipina Tony Award winner – Lea Salonga to choose the 15 finalist and the 16th spot will be reserved for the top online voting.
After the swimsuit competition of the 16 finalists, judges will choose the top 10 finalists to join the long-gown competition, then, choose again the 5 finalists to compete the last part of the competition – the question and answer portion. From then, the Miss Universe 2011 will be proclaimed.
