An Australian-American actor, film director, producer and screenwriter Mel Gibson gave a financial support to his ex-girlfriend named Oksana Grigorieva and his daughter Lucia to survive for the good health living and agreed to pay $750,000 for their expenses over next 5 years, according to Yahoo news.
The Superior Court Judge Peter Lichtman disclosed the settlement. In the part of their agreement his daughter will have an equal beneficiary same with his other seven children. Grigorieva and her daughter also received a multimillion house from the Hollywood actor and continued to pay for it until his daughter turns eighteen and would be allowed to sell the house get the proceeds.
“You look like a (expletive) (–foul word(s) removed–) in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of (N-word), it will be your fault,” Gibson told that to Grigorieva in a tape.
Lichtman said that they can release any evidence like audio recording or video that would specifically determine the mistake.
In return, Oksana Grigorieva can’t process a case against the Academy Award winning “Brave Heart” actor. In order to settle they can’t speak or note down about their allegation or relationship to the press.
During the hearing, Mel Gibson spoke many words relevant to his understanding to the terms of the settlement. “I’d like to say thanks your honor for bringing this matter to a reasonable conclusion,” Gibson said.
Besides the report of reuniting of the actor and wife Robyn his lawyer is still working for the complete divorce paper on his wife Robyn for the finishing touch on the judgments.
