Miley Cyrus inks new tattoo

Miley CyrusMiley Cyrus, Disney’s Hannah Montana had added another eye catching art in her body as she decided to get a new symbol, controversial “equal sign (=)“  in her finger.

Equal sign tattoo in her finger is only a part of the other body art she got, wrist had an anchor, her ribcage got a dream catcher, while in memory to her friend who had p(–foul word(s) removed–)ed away, and words read as “Just Breathe” is found on her chest (left side).

The mystery of this equal sign is explained to be the insignia for her permanent support to gay marriage which is still not legalized in California.

California is one of those many other states in the U.S who did not implement gay marriage. In contrary, recently, New York had already embraced gay marriage as their governor had finally inked the bill legalizing the act.

In fact, New York’s first gay couple who tied knot had been topping the headlines.

Celebrities had been playing a big and influential role in the society today. Their words and actions can easily influence their supporter. If Lady Gaga had been singing in a crowd in Rome in full support to the gay community as they went to the street to celebrate and express their stand in various issues hitting them, another popular Hollywood Celebrity had also expressed her support to same sex couple . Aside from the new tattoo, she had been very vocal also, on her tweet, Miley Cyrus, the 18-year-old former Disney star popularly known also as Hannah Montana, she expressed that, quoted : “ALL LOVE is equal.”

As a result of her tweet, reactions coming from her fans followed. However, not all had been sharing the same opinion for the said topic.

Her recent tweet was not the first time that Miley had took her stand favoring gay marriage. In fact, after Casey Anthony was found not guilty in the case being charged against her, in the alleged killing of her own daughter, Miley posted a tweet also related to gay marriage as part of it states that “… we can’t get gay marriage legalized in the state of California.”
