48 year old Catherie Kieu Becker who is a southern California woman was alleged of cutting away her husband’s penis and putting it into a garbage disposal.
Becker is also known as Que Anh Tran and she is now dealing with certain arraignments for the extreme injustice and personal use of the knife against the complaint. Her husband who happened to be the complaint wants Becker to face sentencing enhancements for what she did to him.
The prosecutors said that if she will be condemned, she will embrace a supreme sentence of life without the possibility of parole.
Becker and her husband are going through a divorce and according to an antecedent police analysis; she put a drug or poison in her husband’s meal Monday evening to make him drowsy which made him sleepy.
When the incident already happened, Becker immediately called 911 and by the time that the authorities arrived, she told them that her husband deserves it.
The prosecutors are looking at a possible basis of Becker doing that crime and the accessible reason according to them maybe the night of July 11 where in Becker and her husband quarreled about friends staying at their Garden Grove residence.
In a press release, the prosecutors narrated the scene that night and according to them, Becker gave her husband something for dinner at first. And after feeling exhausted at about 9 p.m., her husband went to bed. She allegedly binds her husband’s legs and arms to the four edges of their bed. As her husband woke up, she removed down his pants, grasped his penis and detached it with a knife.
After doing that cutting off of her husband’s penis, she then grabs it to the kitchen, throw it off into the garbage disposal.
According to authorities, the husband went through an emergency surgery at UC Irvine Medical Center.
