In Oslo, Norway an explosion has strike near the government headquarters and damaged the offices of the Norwegian Prime Minister.

Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg and several offices were thought to be damaged by the blast.

As to the reports the Prime Minister is safe.

And according to the local media reports, they are about eight people who were injured and nobody claims that they were behind the attack.

Rubble and gl(–foul word(s) removed–) from the broken windows shattered along the street, smoke is surrounding the building and a car was wrecked. All roads going to the centre of the city were closed due to the incident.

“There was a m(–foul word(s) removed–)ive explosion which could be heard over the capital Oslo.” stated Oistein Mjarum, head of communications for the Norwegian Red Cross. His offices are also near to the explosion.

He also said the 17-storey prime minister’s building were on fire.

At a bus stop approximately 100 meters away from the explosion, Ole Tommy Pedersen was standing there and witnessed the blast. According to him, he saw about three or four injured people were carried out of the building few minutes after and smoke like fogs occupied the lower floors of the building.

Ingunn Andersen a journalist of NRK said that the headquarters of tabloid newspaper VG was also hit and caused damaged. She saw some windows of the VG building have been broken same as the government headquarters, the situation is chaos and buildings near were blown out
