Actress Lindsay Lohan sued by one of the former employee in the Betty Ford Centre where the actress is currently detained for a couple of months of treatment.
The complainant was named Dawn Bradley and has claimed that she was (–foul word(s) removed–)aulted and battered by the 25 year old actress which has lead to some injuries and now currently needs a surgery at her wrist.
Dawn Bardley also known as Dawn Holland for her married name has filed the complaint in California. She was recently terminated in her job after she talked about the fight between her and Lohan in a celebrity website.
In a report presented by the authorities to the public, the unwanted event happened when Dawn has taken a test to Lindsay particularly a breathalyzer test to determine whether the actress has taken some liquor after she has missed her curfew.
The two girls who accompanied Lindsay that night had admitted that indeed they were drinking that time.
Spokes person of Lindsay Lohan, Steve Honig has denied the invitation to speak to the public regarding the complaint and chooses to keep quite about the issue.
Judge in the court is now reminding Lindsay that she should take an extra effort to finish her 480 hours community service by the next April.
Last January the actress has also become the center of intrigue after she stole a necklace in a jewelry shop.
