A very unusual heat strikes US; they called it the “Deadly Heat Wave”. It started on Monday, July 13 when some countries in the US were experiencing high temperature.
“The heat dome — a shroud of high pressure that is trapping and compressing hot, humid air from the Gulf of Mexico — has brought 100 degree temperatures to over half of the country”, quoted from abcnews.go.com.
There were several deaths reported due to prolonged high temperatures. In the US Midwest and East Coast side were about eight people were reportedly died and more often than not elderly people were most affected. And as the days goes by the heat was expanding all over the country. The heat also got the Central and the Eastern part of the US.
To date, the brutal heat wave had already killed of more or less 22 people this week in central and southern part of US based on the toll heat-related heaths. And the sad part is that, it is suspected that it will be going to end soon.
According to the National Weather Service a heat advisory or warning due to the extreme high-temperature were given to about 141 million people in most states in the country. Furthermore, the people in the eastern part of the US will still be expecting an above-normal temperature to last until the next couple of weeks.
On Wednesday, Chicago got the hottest temperature after six years in Windy City with a 112 in parts of the city Heat Index. As recorded, Indiana has one of the most intensive heats that reached to about 120 degrees based on the Heat Index readings.
The map shows that the heat wave was seen moving eastward. It was said that it could last until August.

Everybody is hoping that this deadly heat wave will end sooner than expected. A lot of people were suffering from drought and illnesses related to heat. Hospital agents said that heat exhaustion can be really dangerous for it can kill a person within half an hour once they acquire it.
