Young actor and former Pinoy Big Brother Teen housemate, Matt Evans involved in a car accident in Quezon City.
According to reports, Matt was driving his Toyota Innova SUV in highway along Project 4, Quezon City, when he saw a woman crossing the street and tried to avoid hitting her, in result his car ramped into a Meralco Post in the highway and damaged a bus parked near the area.
Star Magic, the talent company that holds Matt Evans already released a statement advising the young actor to have a break for a while after the said accident.
People who witnessed the accident said that Matt Evans was drunk that time that might be the cause of the accident. They also confirmed that Matt was with some girls when the accident happened.
But in the statement given by Matt Evans side, they have strongly denied the allegation that the young actor was drunk when the accident happened and cleared out that he was alone that time.
His Star Magic PR, Thess Gubi said that the Matt Evans is already in good condition and trying to take a rest in his house.
She also added that it was a miracle that Matt did survive the accident despite the damaged that happened to his car after it has bumped to a post. Gubi was really thankful that nothing serious happened to the young actor.
According to her, looking at the situation of the car after the accident, you cannot imagine that Matt will be okay. But she thank God that no life was claimed from the accident and this will surely serve as a lesson to Matt.
