Model LaShawna Threatt, 30 was found lifeless early Saturday when she crashed out of the W Midtown Hotel located in Atlanta, Georgia early Saturday.
The incident happened at around 3:15 am on Saturday as reports claim that LaShawna fell through the window of the hotel room along with her close friend identified to be Ciara Williams. At that moment both were “play wrestling” which eventually led into a strange accident.
LaShawna and her friends were enjoying the 30th birthday party of the Atlanta model in a high-cl(–foul word(s) removed–) hotel when the tragic event occurred.
Officials confirmed that LaShawna Threatt was declared dead right at the scene. Her friend Ciara Williams, a professional dancer, is on a critical condition and is currently struggling for her life in Grady Memorial Hospital. Both women fell through a tenth-floor window after wrestling each other as they eventually landed on a sunroom roof known to be about five stories below the W Hotel room.
The 30-year-old LaShawna Threatt was a famous local personality who had been a model for Promotions Company based in Atlanta. Her death is considered to be one among several celebrities who reportedly died due to bizarre cases.
Based on the statement given by a Police Lieutenant of Atlanta named Paul Guerrucci, there had been “no malicious act” when the scene happened since they appeared to merely wrestle with each other. LaShawna and Ciara happen to hit the window. It was broken and caused the women to fall down.
Meanwhile, Guerrucci says that authorities are still doing investigations to determine if both had been influenced by alcohol.
