Venus Raj, known to be a Bicolana holding the title as Ms Universe 2010 4th runner-up condemned the initiative of exposing sexy photos for a men’s magazine.

The Pilipino Star Ngayon TV host-manager Boy Abunda asked Raj regarding her opinion about why she disagrees to let her sexy pose be published in a men’s magazine.

Venus, who is also a TV host, told Abunda that there’s nothing wrong on trying to expose bikinis as she even wears two-piece attire in a pageant.

Besides, she admits that she came from a pageant which requires wearing two-piece for the show. But for as long as the photos are not blemished with impurity, there is no problem with it.

For her, becoming a cover girl in a men’s magazine is another story. She relates it will not be pleasant in the sight of God if someone intends to be sexy only to pose for a men’s magazine. She clarifies that it will not be wholesome especially in the eyes God.

She was the woman with a Bicolana beauty who was discovered after local beauty pageants many times. Later on, she was then proclaimed as the Binibining Pilipinas – Universe 2010. Shortly after the coronation, she was dethroned because of alleged discrepancies in her birth certificate.

But sometime in April 2010, the organizers of Binibining Pilipinas verified her documents and eventually decided to allow Raj to regain her title because of humanitarian reasons.

She was able to represent the Philippines in the prestigious Ms Universe pageant and fortunately won the crown as 4th-runner-up which proved that she really deserves the title.

Raj is widely popular for the “major-major” line she uttered during the question and answer portion of the Miss Universe pageant.
