Box office figures have been shown after the broadways troubled Spider-Man musical performed well since its reopening. The musical version has been reworked after its three-week break.
The musical started to show again last Thursday and according to the latest statistics and data that were released on Monday, The musical show entitled Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark has played at 95% capacity.
It is expected that the latest version of the show will be officially opened this coming June 14.
Since the show started in the month of November last year, there has been a lot of accidents and hitches in the musical show.
Changes were made in the musical show after its original director Julie Taymor leaved last March.
Currently the newest version is previewing at New York’s Foxwoods Theater and several songs are being played in the show which are composed by the U2 members Bono and the Edge, good feedbacks are being earned by it saying that it has more humour.
In the statement given by Michael Cohl, producer of the show he said that this show is almost a brand-new show.
Among the cast of the hit musical show is Christopher Tieney, who has returned in the spot light following his stage accident that happened last December.
Several injuries were acquired by Tieney including fractured in his skull, a fractured shoulder blade, four broken ribs and three broken vertebrae after falling 30ft.
